Chapter President

 

Lennie

Chapter President is elected by the chapter. Leading the chapter in all things. He chairs the meetings, he assigns members to carry out projects. He ensures the chapter grows and continues to abide by the core values of the chapter and the Iron Order MC. He is responsible for gaining and accepting new members within the Chapter. He is the democratic head of the chapter. He represents the chapter at higher level meetings. He deals with members that have shown unacceptable behavior. He initiates action to cancel a member's membership due to lack of participation, unacceptable behavior, endangering the welfare of others. He has the final say and breaks all ties when voting.

Vice President

 

Cheerio

Vice President is elected by the Chapter. He is second in command and will take over the Chapter President's duties in his absence. He will over-see all duties of Road Captain and Sergeant at Arms and assist them when it is needed and necessary. Vice President is also responsible for any additional duties that the Chapter President assigns him to perform. He works on recruiting and fund raising and is the principle advisor to the chapter President.

Business Manager

 

Donut

Business Manager is elected by the chapter. He must keep an accurate account of the Club’s finances and make them available for review upon request by the Officers. He will collect members’ dues and proceeds from Club merchandise sales as well as maintain an accurate inventory of Club merchandise. His Reports must be prepared and presented to the general members at each meeting.

Sergeant At Arms

Sergeant at Arms is elected by the Chapter to assist with the professional, public appearance and behavior of the Chapter members while on a run, function or club event. They also assist with keeping order of all members while at meetings. Sergeant at Arms will concentrate on the members personal appearance and the "behavior" of members while dealing with the public and other members. Responsible for the safety and security of the Chapter's members. Sergeant at Arms will pay particular attention to the safety and security of all official position holders while on a run, function or club event.

Road Captain

 

E.T.

Road Captain is elected by the Chapter. Responsible for all the planning associated with sanctioned runs involving the club members. Responsible for assimilating all information required and needed for club runs. Will lead the club's members on all club runs. Road Captain will work directly for and with the Vice President in discussing anything associated with club runs and its logistics. Will work directly with the Sergeant at Arms in discussing security and safety issues. Will assist the Sergeant at Arms if requested by him in handling any potential problems with members or civilians on runs, functions and club events.
